E&J Auto Truck & RV services is responsible for for removing post-accident and other vehicles on behalf of law enforcement agencies in the Aransas Pass and surrounding areas. These vehicles are being sold clear of any liens or holds. ** PLEASE PROVIDE YOUR OWN JUMP BOXES, EQUIPMENT AND LABOR FOR REMOVAL, THERE IS A CHARGE FOR ANY ASSISTANCE **. 

A $50 DEPOSIT WILL BE REQUIRED TO BID.  IF YOU ARE THE WINNING BIDDER, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR INVOICE.  IF YOU DO NOT WIN, THE DEPOSIT WILL BE REFUNDED.

There will be a 13.5% Buyer's Premium ADDED to the purchase price of each vehicle.

CREDIT CARDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED ON INVOICES EXCEEDING $5000.  IF THE INVOICE IS OVER $5000, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CASH, CASHIER'S CHECK, OR WIRE TRANSFER
